Unlike traditional swinging doors, these sliding doors operate smoothly along a rail system, either from the top or mounted on the rail system from below, allowing the door to glide effortlessly to the right or left. This design not only maximizes space efficiency but also enhances accessibility and safety within the cold storage facility. Manufactured with precision to your desired dimensions, our sliding doors ensure a perfect fit and seamless integration into your cold storage setup.

Standard door leaf with Polyurethane insulation supplied from BAYER (Germany) of density 42 kg/m³, with injection at heated press of 500 tonnes. Door surface made from German steel sheets 30% thicker than the competition, plasticized to a thickness of 200 μm with Sanitary Steel film coating with antibacterial properties.Slide Mechanism: Slide mechanism of modern design, exceptional sliding properties. Very soft closing and easy disengagement. Slide mechanism cover made from round, curved aluminium profile.

- Sliding Mechanism: Our sliding doors utilize a modern rail system, made from anodized aluminum, ensuring smooth and effortless movement. The rail mechanism on the upper part allows the door to be opened and closed with ease, while the durable arm, lock, roller, and door seal guarantee long-lasting performance even under frequent use.
- Lockable Feature: Each sliding door is equipped with a secure locking mechanism, providing enhanced security for your cold storage facilities. When fully opened, the inner arm system ensures that the door aligns perfectly with its frame, becoming virtually invisible and allowing for unobstructed access by forklift and pallet trucks.
- Frame Construction: The doors feature an angle-shaped frame, constructed from heavy-duty, robust materials and reinforced with PVC. This design not only offers high mechanical strength but also adheres to HACCP standards, ensuring that the doors meet stringent hygiene and safety requirements. The EASY-PASS system allows for quick and easy assembly, reducing installation time and labor costs.
- Door Leaf: The standard door leaf is insulated with polyurethane foam supplied by BAYER (Germany), boasting a density of 42 kg/m³. The insulation is injected at a heated press with a force of 500 tonnes, ensuring superior thermal performance. The door surface is crafted from German steel sheets that are 30% thicker than industry standards, further enhanced with a sanitary steel film coating that is plasticized to a thickness of 200 μm and possesses antibacterial properties.
- Slide Mechanism: Our sliding doors feature a modern slide mechanism with exceptional sliding properties. The mechanism allows for very soft closing and easy disengagement, minimizing wear and tear. The slide mechanism cover is made from round, curved aluminum profiles, adding to the durability and aesthetic appeal of the doors.
- Design and Aesthetics: The external shutter is crafted from Inox 304 stainless steel, featuring a modern design and an extra heavy-duty lever for effortless operation. This not only enhances the visual appeal of the cold storage facility but also ensures that the doors can withstand the rigors of daily use.
- Border Gaskets: The doors are fitted with high-quality border gaskets that offer excellent insulating properties, thanks to their beehive cells and perfect adhesion. Additionally, the gaskets are equipped with door heating elements installed for efficient defrosting, preventing ice build-up and ensuring smooth door operation.
